平行螺紋量規(guī)一般的方式是極限式。利用量規(guī)的通、止規(guī)管理產(chǎn)品螺紋的極限，保證精確度。極限式量規(guī)大致可以分為ISO等級(jí)測(cè)量方式和以前的JIS等級(jí)測(cè)量方式。以前的JIS測(cè)量方式在量規(guī)的止端有檢查用和加工用的區(qū)別。ISO測(cè)量方式則沒(méi)有這樣的區(qū)別，他完 全被簡(jiǎn)單化了。測(cè)量外徑用的卡規(guī)也是一樣的。具體使用方法為界限螺紋量規(guī)的通規(guī)可以輕松穿過(guò)，止規(guī)的螺紋擰進(jìn)不到2圈的話，這樣測(cè)量等級(jí)則是合格的。 In the thread gauges system,the limit type is most common.Thread of workpiece is ensured by controlling the GO and NOT GO limit.The types of limit thread gauges systems are broadly divided into ISO class and conventional JIS class.There were two different types of conventional JIS gauges,one for inspection and one for production use.The ISO system is simpler and does not have two type
